Need legal advice workman's comp under physicians care back at work but found a new job does treatment go on?

No the new company will not pay for it. And the old company may stop paying. Check with HR and get it in writingNeed legal advice workman's comp under physicians care back at work but found a new job does treatment go on?
If you don't want to work for your current employer and want to work for another one that's perfectly fine. Just let you adjuster know.

Nothing will change on your claim. If your claim is accepted than your medical and indemnity benefits will still be there regardless what job you work at.

Now...the kicker is if you need surgery on that injured body part and your off work than your temporary total disability (TTD) will be based on the rate from your previous employer.

So if your getting $500 per week from your current employer, the one you got hurt at, and than get the job at the new place that pays $750 per week. If your off work due to the work injury your only paid $500 rate and not the higher rate.

That's the only down side to switching jobs. That's the only problem you would face.

Good Luck
