I just recently moved to a new city. I just turned 17 last week .Not currently in school and looking to make new friends. I won't be in school again till I'm 18 in college so school isn't a suggestion. I'm mostly home studying so I can get into college. Where are some common places I can go to meet new people? all the best friends I've ever had came from school.so I'm a little worried. Is it easy to make new friends after moving? because it's starting to seem impossible. Is the mall a good suggestion? I'm sure I can meet females in the mall and get a girlfriend/friend, but what about making male friends? I'm not that athletic at the moment so I'm not too sure about the park. mines empty anyway. I did knock a few ideas already, but I'm open to all suggestions.Meeting new people advice?
go to the mall and meet people. go to a music store and talk to a clerk if he seems like he's your age. also, if you like acting, join a local drama club. trust me, that's the absolute best place to meet people. :)Meeting new people advice?
Do you play music/want to start music, maybe join a music club?
Any other type of activity club/organisation you can do in your spare time would be a great place to meet new people, who share the same interest.
Good Luck =]

Meeting New Girls Advice?
I'm 21, and recently single. I would like to meet a new girl preferably a couple of years younger than me and there are obviously plenty around, but i don't know how to approach them. I'm not talking about picking up girls in night clubs etc. because i don't go out partying or clubbing every weekend, and i would like to meet a girl who is similarly minded. So there's always been young girls working in places i frequent like video rental stores and my hairdresser who i might have noticed as being attractive, but who i don't know from a bar of soap because i never wanted to approach and talk to them while i was in a relationship. And i know i've seen some of these girls shoot quick glances at me (which is hopefully because they think i am attractive also). Or even the girls who are just walking around in shopping centres (usually not alone though unfortunately) who i sometimes catch having a quick look as they walk past. My questions are, how do i go about talking to strange girls who work at checkouts, hairdressers etc. and how do i then progress to asking them out? And what about the girls who look my way in shopping centres? And i would love to hear from any young ladies as to whether girls would even like to be asked out while they're working? And whether it is better to wait until i've had a few light conversations with them before actually asking them out? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out :-)Meeting New Girls Advice?

Hi i think instead of dying your hair you should go for clip-in hair extensions as they come in a ton of different colours, easy to put in and take out and also they stay in really well and you can't see the fact that you have got them in. You can style them, straighten them and cut and wash them.
You can get them from ebay, peacocks or claires accesories and probably other places too.

New Computer advice.?
Ok for all you computer PEOPLE out there.
Im looking for a new computer to buy and looking for advice.
anyone know what brand would be good for UNDER $900 bucks?
say a 19' (flat screen) I use mine primarly for music like Youtube..surfing the net and such. I don't wanna spend over that,
Maybe even less if possible..ok, come on people, what's a good brand
I know I can look on Dell and custom make one and all, but would like some ideas First. Thanks!
oh yea, a desktop only though and a good TRUST WORTHY virus protector!New Computer advice.?
Dell, whatever you do don't get e-machines, they don't last more then 6 months without trouble, for what i have experienced and some family members, I got me a great deal at Best buy for a Dell, No better deal then getting a dell~New Computer advice.?
Save up a little longer and get a Mac. Otherwise i would go with HP. Dells are not the quality they used to be. If someone you know builds them have them do that. I am currently building a nice gaming pc for a customer right now and it is costing him only $1000.

New Laptop, Advice please?
I am 13 years old and I am buying myself a laptop. I want it to be good or okay quality and inexpensive. Appearance doesnt matter too much. Any suggestions? Also how do I download music legally to my youtube videos and where do I find it? How can I get Windows Movie Maker or a system on my laptop that will enable me to make youtube videos?New Laptop, Advice please?
I bought 2 Acer laptops thinking I really did not need to spend more on just something to cruise the net on occasionally. Well, I have to admit, the one I use works so well, I hardly use the desktop I built anymore. The Acer has not let me down the first time. My gf uses the other laptop and she puts 2 to 3 times more time than I do with the same results.
I am not saying that Acer is the fastest thing out there, but I get great battery life out of mine and I would definely buy another one.
Note, if you do buy a Acer, make sure you make a backup disc when you first set the computer up. If does not come with a restore disc from the manufacturer.New Laptop, Advice please?
Acer has the cheapest notebooks, but I feel there overall quality is lacking. Still, if cheap and ok is what you want, than I would go with Acer. Get iTunes for downloading music legally. Windows Movie Maker comes with XP and Vista, so there shouldn't be any problems, just make sure your files don't exceed size and length restrictions set by youtube.
I have an HP Pavilion dv6000. It's black,and a really good laptop! :) And I'm 13 also.
13 yrs old and gettin a phukkin laptop???? lucky bum

New cellphone advice? Text/Chat/long distance? A hot guy asked me for my number. How much is a good plan?
I don't really need a cellphone but I guess it'd be nice to have. A hot guy asked me for my number recently but I don't have a cellphone number for him to call/text. I want to keep in touch with him.
How much is a good plan? Something cheap for someone who has never had a cellphone. He just moved out of the state for a few months and he already has a new phone with a long distance number.
What's a good (cheap) plan for me to be able to talk and text him long distance?New cellphone advice? Text/Chat/long distance? A hot guy asked me for my number. How much is a good plan?
You could get a Pay As You Go phone from AT%26amp;T You can spend as little as $15 for a phone and then you have to pay around $25 every 3 months except the down side is that if you text a lot its $.15 per message in and out but u can buy a 200 messages per month for $5 which really saves you $25! you can also get unlimited texting for $20 a month but thats not with the calling.New cellphone advice?
